From a sheltering and sweeping deep profile to distinctive square arms, the lines of this wingback pair are impeccable. The design team chose luxurious Brazilian natural black cowhides for every inch of the chairs. What is quite beautiful about natural black hides is the color. It is not a glossy pitch black, as there are hints of intense deep brown. A better color to call this hide, is perhaps cafe noir or coffee black. But the true artistry of this pair of wingbacks is the craftsmanship that our team of upholsterers accomplished. From the detail of the bold hammered nail heads to the down-filled seat cushion, our team are masters in the art of upholstery. We cannot help but imagine this beautiful pair flanking a roaring fireplace on a cold December night with a game of gin rummy in the works.
