Tulip Chairs with Custom Shearling Cushions, Set of 6

It took Saarinen five years to arrive at this exact design. The iconic Tulip chairs were envisioned to create peaceful interiors in which the legs of the furnishings did not obstruct viewing lines. We collected this vintage set of 6 Tulip Chairs and decided the yellowing, aged fiberglass needed a big update, so each chair received a coat of fresh, glossy black paint. They are in excellent condition. We custom-made the luxurious feather-filled cushions for each chair from beautiful and cozy sheepskins in a moonlight color. These are so cool and so extremely comfortable. Set consists of 4 chairs and 2 armchairs. Also, the original Knoll labels were re-attached to the chairs.
