Forsyth has a 10-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice.
If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.
If you need help returning a large item, for example, a piece of furniture, we are happy to assist scheduling shipment back to us.
Returning your purchase
Email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the nature of your return or exchange. Please send the tracking number in the email so we can monitor the return shipment.

Receiving a refund
All returns that are shipped back within the 10-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirming when the refund is issued.
Important information for returns
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
Forsyth reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
Sale items cannot be returned
Please note all sale items offered at a reduced price are final and cannot be returned.
Custom or Bespoke items cannot be returned
Please note any custom items, like custom sized rugs, bespoke pillows or custom upholstered furniture pieces, cannot be returned.
