Stine is an award-winning furniture maker who specializes in natural, handcrafted wood furniture. He is the fourth generation to steward his family’s forests, which are the source of his lumber and the inspiration for his work. In addition to stewarding, sourcing, and harvesting his own materials, David mills his own boards and crafts every piece by hand using time-tested methods of joinery and construction. Only environmentally safe finishes are used. As no two trees and no two boards are alike, no two pieces of furniture are alike. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
