Description
This iconic bench is part of the Forsyth x St. Frank collab. Introducing a collection of timeless design icons restored by Forsyth with fabric designed by St. Frank.
The Platform Bench is a landmark of modern design. The rectilinear lines of the surface reflect designer George Nelson's architectural background. Nelson's creative goal when designing the bench was a multi-use piece. He envisioned it as shelving, high and low storage cases, coffee tables, or seating. This one of a kind piece, with its lacquered frame and rectangular maple slat seat, is simply beautiful. We handcrafted two cushions from custom St. Frank Technicolor Frazada stripe fabric. Lines on lines on lines. Simply stunning!
