Introducing The Canoe Bag
We are so excited to introduce The Canoe, a beautiful structured tote bag, designed in collaboration and handcrafted by Tufts & Batson. Beautiful, thick bridle leather wraps around in an oval shape and is hand-sewn together with a big, visible stitch.
“When designing the bag, we were inspired by OTZI’s beautiful log baskets. It’s such a cool design,” says Forsyth co-founder Annie Genovese. The large tote carries a ton. Maggie Kidd, Forsyth co-founder and Annie’s sister, uses the large Canoe as her daily work tote. “It’s such a great bag. Because of the structure of the leather, I can see and get to everything inside fast and easily. It fits comfortably under my arm, and it fits a laptop.” says Maggie.

A talabartería is a traditional Argentine outfitter selling gaucho gear, saddles, ponchos, mate gourds, silver, leather, cowhides, and more. We adore the home collection from Arandu including exceptional steak knives, beautiful silver and leather-wrapped candlesticks, and silver bowls for entertaining. Gaucho style to the fullest.
